Dr. Ankita Kashyap

Dr. Kashyap is an experienced ESG & Strategy Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in the fields of Sustainability, Capacity Building, and Research. She specializes in delivering ESG training programs, conducting baselining, peer benchmarking, gap assessments and preparing Sustainability reports for clients in diverse sectors. Dr. Kashyap has played a crucial role in the Recommendation Committee of SEBI on BRSR and has frequently collaborated with Big Four consulting firms on various projects. Additionally, she serves as a guest/visiting faculty on Sustainability at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

Dr. Kashyap holds a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and M.Phil. from Delhi School of Economics in Sustainability. She has completed her Master of Commerce from the University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Mr. Ishan Bhatia is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in the fields of Financial Reporting and Private Equity. He is associated with one of the leading private investment firms, and brings a wealth of knowledge from the investment and finance domain. He possesses expertise in tax structuring, financial reporting, corporate governance, due diligence, automation, and project management related to strategic activities within companies.

Mr. Bhatia has also gained valuable experience working as a member of the audit team for a prominent Big Four accounting firm. This role has allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of auditing processes and standards, further enhancing his abilities in financial reporting and corporate governance.

Mr. Bhatia is also a C.P.A. (Australia) and a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.

His diverse experience and comprehensive skill set make him a valuable asset in the financial and investment sectors.
